Which Ram maker should I get. OWC 4gb for 100 or 4Gb Samsung for 120?

Answers to this and many other common questions can be found under the Guides tab at the top of the window.

Hardware: MR Guide to Buying RAM

I recommend going with a supplier who knows Macs and will offer guaranteed compatibility, and a no-cost (no shipping, no restocking) return if it doesn't work. OWC, Data Memory Systems and Crucial are the most-recommended here on MR.

Alphaod, it would be more helpful to provide a specific link - as there are dozens of models of OCZ RAM on NewEgg that wont work in Macs, and NewEgg doesn't provide any compatibility guarantee or support. (actually, neither does OCZ, they don't list Intel Macs into their memory configurator at all)

Get it

i recommend crucial you can get 4gbs for 110 out the door

it is the best ram ive used i got recommended to from a Apple genius lol'
