I have been trying to update both my Air and iPhone for 24 hours now. I was first getting 9006 errors, so I tried to download ios from another site. The download was showing 20 hours remaining. So now Im not getting 9006 errors, but iTunes is showing that the download for the iPad update will finish in 40 hours. I tried to update my iPhone, and Im getting the same slow speed, this time it says 30 hours. I also tried updating the ios on the devices, but I keep getting a constant checking for updates...

Thoughts?

What kind of Internet speed to you normally have. While I did have problem getting it started becuase of congestion on Apple servers, once it started I was able to download the update in about six minutes.

Speeds are fine. I even did a speedtest to make sure there wasnt an issue on my end, but it came back normal. Right now its saying that I have 17 hours left, with 29mb being downloaded so far. I thought maybe I should reset my ipad, and try to download the update in the ipad, but I dont know if that will make a difference.
