4200 or 5400 RPM HDD in a MacBook

I will be upgrading my MB's hard drive in the next couple of days and I am either going with a 4200 RPM Toshiba 200GB or 5400 RPM Hitachi 160GB. Would I even notice a performance difference between the two? I do have 2GB of RAM in my MB, CD.
