Anyone know where I can buy: 42mm Spicy Orange Sport Band that has 1 in stock?

Do you know if The stock on Apple's website will be replenished, I don't want to miss out on an awesome Genuine Apple Watch Band!

Thanks!

Typically once an Apple Watch band has been discontinued, Apple does not bring it back. Your best option would be eBay to find the orange sport band.

I had no Idea that it was discontinued, hopefully 1 show's up on ebay in L/G, soon!

I’m not saying the Orange band is discontinued, I was answering your question when a band is typically not in stock on Apples website after while, it likely will not be returning. Apple refreshes their watch bands quite often, but some older bands/colors are phased out.

Or you could be one of “those people” and use apple’s support chat, tell them the coating is coming off of your spicy orange band. They will charge you 49.00 + tax until you return the old one (which you won’t).

It won’t come in the original box, but it will come with all three pieces.

You will need to look on eBay or Reddit. Apple discontinued the Spicy Orange sport band.

It's all good.., I just purchased Authentic Apple Watch Hermes Orange Sport Band Strap 42mm Hermès OEM from eBay for $175.00. Might as well get the real thing, being the better option for Spicy Orange! (Thumbs-up)

I don’t get why they keep these things on their website if they aren’t ever going to get more. Just from a customer service perspective, it’s weird to have products marked “New” on your website that the customer can’t buy and will never be able to buy. It’s confusing. If I didn’t know this about Apple, I would think it was for sure going to come back, based on how they present it.

I want to get the cobalt blue but never seen it in stock since it was released. I was going to order it but it was going to wait for it to come in stock at my store. It never came/I never really followed up and everytime I try and see if its in stock its not... what gives. Just take it down. Maybe next week they will give us new watch band color. Hopping for a nice blue. The midnight blue sucks lol

Tarana (to locals...)
If you live near multiple Apple Stores, sometimes it's worth dropping in and asking what might be lurking in the back. I've picked up a few "sold out" bands this way.

Actually picked up a 42mm spicy orange sport band yesterday when I went to a local Apple Store for a Web order pickup. To my surprise, the spicy orange -- which has been listed as sold out in Canada for some time -- was out on public display. Picked up the last 42, but there were still some 38s.

I found one in stock at a local store. It wasn't listed as in stock at the time either.

Wore it once a and it's back in the box. May eBay it. I have too many bands ;)

Got my spicy orange band today - 42mm. Used the support loophole to order a new one.
I did pay shipping on it, so it was around $60. Love the way it looks with the Space Gray Stainless Steel.

It’s really cool looking and is a perfect band for the summer.

Can you list a hypothetical support scenario?

There is no such thing as having too many Watch bands. :D

But seriously, I did sell a few when smilar new bands were released that I liked better. I actually sold the older Orange when the Spicy Orange was released, because this one is much closer to a real orange while the older one was almost red.

Just say the one you had is faded.
So, just to confirm, you did not already have the 42mm Spicy Orange band, but you told them you did, it was faded, and they were able to sell you one?

I really love this color of the band, it reminds me of my favorite Nintendo GameCube controller, which was Spice Orange. When I finally went to buy one, I discovered it's not available anywhere and likely discontinued. If there's a chance I can actually get ahold of it, I'm definitely going to try!

Yes, I got it as a “gift”.

Ugh, unfortunately I didn't have any luck with this. They told me I'd have to take it in to Apple for them to inspect it and determine if I could get a replacement, since that color would have to still be under warranty. From my past experience with Apple's support, you get pretty different results with different representatives, so this might still work for someone else. Thanks for sharing!

I'll just have to keep an eye out to see if a new one becomes available anywhere. Hopefully it does, because I really want this band, haha.

Thats too bad. Did you try calling in? Whenever I have had to do a warranty replacement, they always did it over the phone

If I see one go for sale anywhere, I will post it here

I did it through their online chat. I'm guessing if I call in, they'll see the history with my device and give me the same thing.

And I'll definitely keep an eye on this thread for any updates! Thanks again!

I did it through their online chat and it was escalated to someone else who asked for a picture. I found one on eBay and sent that and eventually they agreed to send me one but would have to charge me as the warranty doesn’t cover faded bands.

Even better since they won’t blacklist you on express replacements for not sending something back
