Italian Alberto Schiavoni had an idea for a game and the required artistic skill but needed a programmer. He posted online that he was looking for a developer and New Zealander Mike Newton answered his call!

What was created in the months following was a challenging game of patience that will test the hardiest of puzzle fanatics. The game features three rings each containing 18 round objects. Each ring is intertwined with the other two rings such that a rotation of one ring will affect all rings. Altogether there are 48 objects in play, hence the name.

Each of the seven levels (more to come as updates) has a target solution that must be matched by rearranging all of the objects. Complete the level and unlock the next! Every time you replay a level the objects are shuffled in a different way so every time you play is a different challenge.

Furthermore the game includes seven (again, more to come as updates) delightful graphical themes which allow you to change the background and object graphics to your liking.

With 48 the challenge is in completing the puzzle, there is no time limit and you are encouraged to take your time and think about the best way to approach the puzzle. We hope you enjoy taking on the challenge as much as we have enjoyed bringing it to you!

Great game!

This can be the new Rubik's cube-like challenge

I haven't gone to a half of the available levels of difficulty yet.

Hours and hours of gameplay ...

Thanks for the wonderful compliments!

You are absolutely right the gameplay is quite similar to the Rubik's cube but it starts off a bit easier so you get a chance to learn the strategy before having to take on the tougher levels.

Good luck with the later levels!
