Does anyone no if I can get a att signal booster that I can just plug in and get a better signal?
I get a very bad Signal at work I have no wifi access. So I would need something that works off the cell towers.
I have looked online but don't see anything like that.

Possibly from a third party, but AT&T's solution is the microcell that requires a network connection. You can try a CelFi, but they're expensive ($500+).

I'm no expert but I believe the cell based boosters are some serious expensive equipment usually purchased by building management. I don't think there is a way to make it just for your own use either. As in likely everyone would connect to the device and overload it if it cannot handle all the buildings traffic
