4GB memory speed on 2.16 C2D

If I put 4GB ram in my 2.16 GHz C2D (white) iMac, will the memory run at dual channel speeds, or will it run at the slower speed like if I had 3GB ram?

It will theoretically run as dual channel, but in practical terms, this has not been shown to make much difference on this machine. See the benchmarks at macsales.com.

It wasn't that hard to find. I know that Barefeats has done some dual channel tests as well.
