2,6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7
Radeon Pro 560X 4 GB
Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB
32 GB 2400 MHz DDR4

as I research on the internet that this laptop able to work with 4k 120Hz monitor.
and I bought Benq EX3210U monitor.

So, which adaptor or cable that it can work with this laptop and monitor, and I can able to use 4k 120Hz.

If it’s an M2 Pro or newer you should be able to utilize HDMI 2.1 for 120hz. Otherwise do USB-C to DisplayPort cable.

You don’t even need an adapter, there are cables that convert directly from USB-C to DisplayPort 1.4 (as opposed to a USB-C adapter you plug a DisplayPort cable into; fewer components mean less can go wrong).

macOS can be finicky about accessories so just buy one from a place with a decent return policy and try it. Any one from a reputable brand like Cable Matters or Plugable should work.

thank you for your answer.
I found this usb-c to DP 1.4 cable.

what do you say about this cable ?
Should I start to test with this cable first ?
and I think I should order first this cable.

after I should try other cable or adaptors if it is not working.

thank you in advance!
