I see these new iPADs (like the Pro 11, released Oct 2018) offer 30 and 60 fps for 4K/2160p camera recordings, while the old IPP 10.5 only has 30 fps.

Can someone tell if there's too much difference in quality and filesize?

Note: my IPP 10.5 says a minute of 4K@30fps will waste 170 MB.

The iPAD Pro 10.5 records this way:

720p HD/30 fps - 40 MB for each 1 minute of video

1080p HD/30 fps - 60 MB
1080p HD/60 fps - 90 MB

4K/30 fps - 170 MB

This video, however, shows the new iPADs added these two options:

4K/24 fps - 135 MB
4K/60 fps - 400 MB

I haven't read anywhere someone commenting about 4K@24 fps. How these two differ (besides in terms of filesize) from 4K@30 fps?

Edit: there's also a new option when the guy clicks at 4K@30fps. I couldn't read what it says because it's not in english. It has something to do with FPS. Skip to @4:10 in this video.
