4K@60hz with USB-C to Display Port cable?

Is 4K@60hz possible with just a USB-C to Display Port cable for my 2016 Macbook running Sierra? I know USB-C to USB-C works with the LG 7UD88 monitor, wondering if I could use a USB-C to DP cable with my Dell p2715Q 4K monitor and get 60hz rather than 30hz.

Now I'm thinking even if it does work, I'm getting no power or any ports. Maybe the 2017 Macbook will offer two USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 ports....
