4k Monitor for MacBook Pro

I am looking for a 4k monitor for my 14" M2 Pro MacBook Pro.
Requirements:

• 4k or above is a must
• Must be under $500
• 27 inch or more would be preferred
• 120hz is preferable, but I know there aren't a lot at that price point
• Some color accuracy would be nice, but not important

I helped a friend set up an s2722qc a few months' back -- beautiful display.

I'm thinking of the UltraSharp u2723qe, myself...
