4K on an early-2008 MP?

Hi all - as the title says, I'm wondering if there are any cards out there that will let my early 2008 Mac Pro drive a 4K display. Is anyone doing this?

I don't care about gaming at all, if that matters. Thanks for any help!

As far as i know the Sapphire Radeon 7950 should work in your MacPro, and is able to do 3840x2160.
