Hey there. I have a 4S running 5.1.1. I recently ran the updates instructed to via Cydia and now my phone is stuck in an endless reboot. It will get to the rotating circle, and suddenly freeze. After 5 minutes or so, it will fade out and restart all over. I've tried just about every program that I could to restore. I've used all sorts of file explorers in attempt to get root access but they none detect the phone. I've ran TinyUmbrella, I DO have my 5.1.1 SSH's backed up. I can see them there. I've tried restores through iTunes But either get Error 11 or Error 1600. Both tried in Recovery and DFU mode. I've tried Redsn0w 0.9.15b2 and still, no luck. It errors out, or says it failed. I've attempted blackrain even, but it just hangs. Oh yeah, I've tried to hold Volume Up on after hard reboot to disable Mobile Substrate. Nothing. It still freezes. I've tried just about all I could. Does anyone have any idea of what else I can do? I dont know what else to do. Anyone else have any ideas? I'd appreciate any help!

Have you updated to 5.1.1 via OTA or via itunes?

Did you try to restore through redsn0w Extras/Even More/Restore?

I updated through iTunes a few months ago. It's been jailbroken for a while. Worked fine until yesterday. I tried to Re-Restore through Redsn0w but it tells me that I may have guessed the IPSW incorrectly right after it uploads ramdisk. I know it's 5.1.1. Also tried the 5.1 IPSW just to be sure. I even tried going back to 5.0.1.

Have you tried to stitch your 5.1.1 blobs to iOS 5.1.1 using Redsn0w and then dfu (shift/option) restore to that custom IPSW ??

When I try to stitch the 5.1.1 blobs to 5.1.1 it tells me the 4S is not supported for it. The booting issue happened way before I ran Blackra1n in a last-ditch effort due a suggestion I seen on another forum for someone having the same issue. It freezes before it does anything, so no harm done.
