iPhone 4S 5.1.1 Question

I have a Verizon 4S running 5.1.1.
Apple have stopped signing 5.1.1
Cydia and TinyUmbrella does have my 5.1.1 SHSH.

I want to re-restore to 5.1.1 so I can start new.
I have never updated to 6.0.

Is it possible and any guides?

I am Gevey unlocked so I can't upgrade the baseband.

You cannot currently restore a 4S to 5.1.1
