4s to connect to incoming car calls automaticly

New to forum & iphone so need help please. ...just got new 4s..paired with car system ok (Nokia ck-7w)..problem is can make out going calls ok...but in coming will not connect automatically, I have to open phone, swipe lock off, it will then connect... if I have not missed the call by then,... how can I make a call with the lock on but not receive one with it on!! Any ideas...Many Thanks

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding, but can you not answer the incoming call by hitting the answer button on your car system? That's how it works with my 4S (and 4 and 3GS before) with my car (uConnect on a Jeep).

I have a phone button on my steering wheel...but my last car had an aftermarket bluetooth system that had it on the screen. If yours doesn't have a way to answer an incoming call, but it has a phone system, there is something wrong.

In my vehicle, the same steering-wheel button that is used to start an outgoing call is used to connect to an incoming call. Have you tried that?:
