5.0.1 and still choppy incomming SMS/Alert sounds

Just did a DFU restore of my iPhone 4S and sister's iPhone 4 to 5.0.1

I set my 4S as new and restored sister's phone from previous backup.

But the choppy SMS sound has returned on both the handsets. Anyone knows a fix for this problem?

File a bug report ticket through Apple Support and wait for a response/update.
