iPhone 5.1.1 random respring

Never had any bother but suddenly 2 random resprings today. Might be nothing but its odd that as i've got notifications (one phone call and one twitter) its re sprung to safe mode.

The only new installs are official app store apps. Jailbreak tweaks installed.. ISX, Bigify, Zephyr, Custom NC Background, BiteSMS, Copic, infinidock, pushtone, clockhide, browser changer, photoalbums+

I know i could go up to IOS6 but i was waiting for an untethered JB first.

You might want to start eliminating some of the Cydia tweaks to see if you can find the culprit. I don't think App Store apps would affect the respring.

You can install sbsettings, in more/mobile substrate addons you can disable the individual JB tweaks/apps and 1by1 eliminate the problem tweak.

When found enable it again before uninstalling.

I would start with photoalbum, it says 5.1 compatible, 5.1.1 is not mentioned

Since the resprings occurred while receiving a notification both times, I suspect it's either PushTone or something is conflicting with PushTone (maybe intelliacreenx?). Anyways, like others suggested, use sbsettings or springtomize to disable specific tweaks and try to isolate the problem. I'd start with those two tweaks I mentioned and also photoalbums+. Ive read on numerous occusasions that tweak is buggy. Good luck and keep us posted. We really appreciate when people report known conflicts.

It'd be odd getting a sudden conflict as these tweaks have been on for sometime and it's not every time I get a push notification. It's rare and the biggest conflict seems to be when recieving calls and then trying to call back

Mulling over some of the great suggestions from here and i had a brain wave. Not long before this started i dabbled with taking off ISX and using bulletin instead. It didn't last long as battery difference was negligible and i found bulletin to be a little laggy. But along with bulletin installed NoNoNotifications. When i went Back to ISX i forgot to take it off. So i was thinking perhaps there's my conflict since ISX has an inbuilt option to remove No new Notifications text.

anyway i've taken off NoNoNotifications to use ISXs inbult version only and see how that goes.

That does seem to have fixed the problem. Removing nononotifications. No re-springs on any push notifications and phone call today with no problems. So far so good!

Awesome. Glad you got it sorted out. Whenever you have sudden, random crashes just look at what you've installed recently plus what packages are related to the cause of your crashes and you can usually figure out which tweak is causing it.
