Cheaper than most you will see offered up for sale. Whether it is worth it is up to you and your usage of the machine it will be put into. If you do lots of processor intense work then yes good upgrade if not waste of money.

As a TRADE for your current processor tray it's in the zone but maybe a $100 high. As a complete tray with no trade, it's a bargain. IMHO that X5670 set up is a great way to maximize computes while keeping power consumption on the down low to better support power hungry GPU upgrades.
I switched from a 4,1/5,1 X5670 setup to a 5,1 X56909 3.46GHz setup, and if had I to do it over again, I might have stayed with the X5790. But I figured it's the last cMP upgrade I might ever do and wanted to maximize performance in all areas to best support a speedy 4K edit work flow.
