Really, FCSB was just coded last week and has yet to even be released on a public repo.
Maybe you're thinking of five-icon dock?

As the OP said, there is a version of it in the SOSiPhone source, but I'm not sure if its the same one.
Sorry, the package name is called: Five-Column SpringBoard. As I said, I'm not sure its the same one though.....

As previously stated its the SOSiPhone source. It can be found under "More Package Sources" on the cydia home page.
Anyone known when this will be available in the STE Packages repository? The developer said he would put it their sometime, but did not state when. I really want the official release because it includes the toggle And I don't want to SSH atm, because I'm on Ubuntu, aaaaand... Vista is just too damn horrid
Also, if I got the SOSiPhone version, when the STE version comes out, will it be an upgrade, or will I have to un-install the SOSiPhone one, then install the STE one?
