-54 Error While Syncing

i've update my ipod to ios 5.1 and now while im trying to sync it with itunes, for several times 54 error will appear but sync has no problem with it and it will complete without any problem.
is there a solution?

I'm having the same problem. The sync goes threw but afterward under the photo's tab syncing photos will automatically uncheck itself but all the photos go on the phone. Please help.

I get that alot also when I'm trying to sync my iPhone, but that's probably because I'm jailbroken. I really don't have a problem with syncing though, but the popup is very annoying.
