Have not seen any of those Finder display issues on my 2019 Mac Pro - just freezes, kernel panics and logouts - especially if computer sleep is enabled.

I get those glitches all the time. No crashes, but those glitches are annoying. I would assume it's a hardware issue surrounding the DSC (display stream compression) which should not be in use on a high-end machine
