iPod 5G ipod kills right earphone?

I don't think it is limited to just the 5G iPod. As you can tell, some other people have mentioned this issue while using the nano as well. I have had the same problem with the Apple in Ear headphones. I was going to switch to another brand, but it may be a moot point.

pn the iLounge thread they were saying it was killing off other brands tried after the Apple ones eg Sony ones and all in the right earphone.
