5s (9.3.5) Won't Delete App

Ever since updating iPhone 5s to 9.3.5, trouble updating & deleting apps. One app (TuneIn Radio) won't delete from phone--longpressing wiggles it but pressing the delete X does nothing--and iTunes account doesn't even list the app so it can't be deleted from there. Any help appreciated, thanx.

Have you tried finding it and deleting it via Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage

Thanx a million, C DM; that finally did it! (Wonder if TuneIn Radio has shut down; it was getting awfully glitchy, that's why I wanted to delete it, couldn't get it to play most of the time anyway.) Thanx again!
