Just purchased my brand new 5C 32GB Yellow and I wanted to know if the 5S logic board could be use on the 5C iPhone?

I saw that on eBay that 5* battery replacements for my 5C and other 5 series iPhone have a 2650 size battery for my OEM 1510!

I was wonder if that would work to extend the battery life of my iPhone 5C like that of the Droid Turbo to the Moto X? Has anyone try this?

No, an iPhone 5S logicboard cannot fit in an iPhone 5C.

Will my electrical engineer friend final had some free time to fit in the logic board and it took him about 10 minutes to do the job but now I have a 5S logic board in my iPhone 5C. I don't see that it that much faster then the A6. But it nice to know that I am set for the future with the A7 and 64 bit process inside. He said that if I can get a hold of a A8 logic board; that he will give it a try to upgrade that too. He said that would be a bigger challenge since the sizing would be difference - longer that is.

You have to have a micro electronics workshop to do this with special microscope type equipment and devices. He used his own company's to do it for me! He thought it was a kick! He has a PH-D in electrical engineering too!

if you can get him to install the finger print reader, you can sell it on eBay
as a fake prototype and see how long it takes before the bid gets taken down

can you show me how can it done? i wanted to put my 5c logic board in 5s body, will it works too?

Everything is possible, but not very likely. Need a real specialist and equipment to do this. Basically, don't try this at home :)
