But it just wont go through. Any suggestions on whats going on?

Do you have 6.1.2 SHSH saved with complete apticket ?

Yes, i used the IPSW in redsn0w to get 6.1.2 SHSH when  was signing.

You need to use Sn0wbreeze to make and apply the IPSW
