I have jusst downgraded my iPhone 4 to 6.1.2, using redsn0w blobs, and sn0wbreeze. I am seeing many ssues. The first is that cydia just wont load, and that the software update section in the Settings-General is gone? What is going on?

Maybe a bad version of 6.1.2? I'm running 6.1.2 with a jailbreak and have no issues at all. My software update button is still there (unfortunately) and I have no plans to press it anytime soon. Maybe try to reload it on. That's all I can think to do.

Try doing another restore and evasi0n jailbreak and see if that helps
