6+ / IOS 8 / No apps will run?? HELP!

Need help.. I'm phoneless and i need it desperately for work.

My phone worked fine all morning. Got to office, went to open the photos app and it crashed. Went to open app store, it crashed. Tried 4-5 other apps, same deal. They open, freeze for about 10 seconds, then crash.

I've rebooted, resprung.. Nothing, same results. No apps working, not sure if phone works yet.

Can't resync/restore until tonight. I need GPS here in about a hour.

Any thoughts?

EDIT: I am jailbroken, if that is needed to understand. No new apps, no new tweaks. I havent done anything to my phone but use it.

EDIT#2: If i have to restore, will i be forced to go to IOS 9? Currently on 8.4 or 8.4.1 i think.\

EDIT #3: Oddly enough, i still get notifications and alerts and emails etc.

EDIT #4: Soo.. I can't do a restore or backup restore because it says i have to turn off iCloud settings on the phone - however, settings app won't run.

SOooooo.. HELP!

Boot into Safe mode and remove tweaks till its fixed.

Even if you can't sign out of iCloud to restore you can still do a restore in DFU mode, it'll ask for your iCloud password once it's booted up but it should be working by then.
