I guess 280 USD is still to much?

PS: Tb is short for Terabit, TeraByte is abbreviated TB.
Eight bits are one Byte, this 6 Tb would 0.75 TB.

the one he posted for $280 is a WD Green 5400 or 5900 rpm. Don't go less than 7200.

new seagate 6tb 7200 is on ebay for $300.

Thanks for pointing that out, but the 7200 RPM version costs 480 USD here, thus 300 USD is quite a good deal.
Though I have found only the 350 USD one. Hopefully it is a good seller.
