Ok...

So i just got my first iphone bill from AT&T. there is an unknown $450 charge that is labeled "WRLSS INTRNT XPRS PAY PER USE". What is Wireless Internet Express. And why am I being charged for it. AT&T never mentioned this, and shouldn't this be included in the unlimited data plan for the iphone? I also have unlimited texting on my plan, so it can't be that.

Simple step to take right now:

CALL THEM.

I will as as soon as i can tomorrow. I was just seeing if anyone could give me some insight tonight since its past the hours for customer service.

Ah yes, forgot that ATT has terrible customer service hours...

Odds are it's a simple screw up. Did you use NetShare or tether at all? I'm sure if you call and ask why it happened they'll take care of it.

Looks like they have you under the wrong data plan. Maybe a carryover from the previous phone or something.

that is probably it. I'm on a family plan, and we started our ATT contract a week before iPhone 3G came out. So I had a samsung phone for a week before I bought the iPhone.

not wrong for premier customers we get access to after hour customercare. I've been on the phone with AT&T at 1am.

That's correct, but the OP didn't say that he was a premier customer. And if you're not a premier customer, the basic support is awful. Really.... awful.
