From the videos i see, he is not developing the graphics card, but modifying a newer Dell or HP card.
I think he is using a 7650M/7670M PCB, fitting a 6750M chip and modifying the Vbios. I could be wrong.

You wrong sir. Dell or hp work with 19v power line but not with 12v as every IMac work.
