Does the standard 680 GTX Mac Edition support 4k 30 Hz? I have read that the 680 GTX from Macvidcards support 4k 30 Hz, but is this a modification from Macvidcards or normal for this card?

Thx for infos

The GTX 680, as well as many other modern GTX cards, support 4K resolutions, though OS X is a limiting factor. The GTX 680 will output 4K resolutions through Displayport, and at this time OS X supports up to a 30 Hz refresh rate, with 60 Hz support coming in 10.9.3.

According to that the DisplayPort version is 1.1

I wondered about this, too. My guess is that the specs where written according to the possible capabilities of the Mac OS available at the time of the release of the EVGA 680GTX Mac. E.g. it still lists OpenGL 3.2 and OpenCL without any version.
But since OS X 10.9 the card supports OpenGL 4.1 and OpenCL 1.2. The official specs have never been updated by EVGA. I hope the same is true for the display port. The hardware should be able to meet the DP 1.2 specifications. Perhaps somebody will give it a try once 10.9.3 is released and we will know for sure.
