So I have my 6870 working, but of course Steam games won't work for it. Searched around the netkas site and found this

http://netkas.org/?p=798

Thing is it says "MacPro users – this will not work, for macpro bios of 6870 need to be embeded into Info.plist of aty_init." and I have not been able to find anything that tells me how to do that. I know how to get to the info.plist, but the instructions are really vague that I don't know what to do from there. Can somebody please help me out and let me know, or point me to something that tells me, precisely what I need to do to get Steam running on my machine?

ioreg -l -w0 | grep bin_image > binimage.txt

run in terminal

pm me the text

i'll make injector for u

I've never used his injector before, is there any site I can go read about how to use it on your is it mainly a click-install from this bundle?

instructions are in the readme

basically you open Kext Helper, drop the kext, enter your password if you have one, and then Easy Install

Awesome, thanks. I installed it, and am rebooting now. I have my fingers crossed.

EDIT: Success!! Thanks a lot, man!

Cindori, it looks like you are the most helpful and knowledgeable guy on this forum:) Steve Jobs should really pay you a few $$$ for improving his OS
BTW, thanks for the trim enabler for my SSD:)

Just wanted to double check. So I would get full performance out of this when it comes to playing starcraft correct? And are all the video outputs supported?
