After over 12 months the landscape mode still isn't working correctly in the Plus models.
Have the tabs option toggled in Safari and any touchscreen registers will be way off where you're actually pressing. Click in the Google search box...nope. The screen thinks you're pressing somewhere else. Switch off the tabs feature and all is well.

No such problems on my 6s+, sounds like something is corrupted. Have you tried restoring and not loading your backup, in case that's where the corruption is? My former 6+ didn't have this issue either, FWIW.

It only happens when tabs are toggled. Otherwise fine. Been like it with a clean install, a backup, a restore...

Yes. Using 6s Plus
And on every website, at all times, you can hit links exactly and press in a type box with no problems? It is very temperamental for me in landscape if tabs are toggled. It was out of the box with no apps installed and no backup restored.

No problems and I use safari quite often
