6s only working in safe mode now

My 6s Ios 9.0.2 has been working fine, I purchased and installed icaughtu pro 9, actually I already owned it, after installation, nothing works in standard mode, I can swipe but none of the apps open, they "open" for 5-10 seconds, display a white screen and then force close. I already uninstalled icaughtu pro 9 via safe mode but the issue is still there, my phone functions fine but only in safe mode, please advise before I have to restore and lose my jailbreak

Yes, I forgot to mention I did run I cleaner and it did not help

If you can get back into Cydia while in safe mode, then delete the offending app.

Apparently either something became corrupted or there's an incompatible tweak installed.

I'd google "incompatibility with icaughtu" and see what happens.

after a couple days of "testing" I may have figured out what happened. The last tweak I installed prior to Icaughtu Pro was "point and shoot" it seems that anything installed after point and shoot messes up my iphone, after removing point and shoot, all seems to be working well.
