Are you triggering the landscape orientation? 6s+ in standard (not "zoomed") view will go into landscape mode if you tip the phone.

I don't see any flickering.

Yes, it happens to me and I remember it used to happen in 9.3.1
And if you rotate it to "normal position", after several attempts, you'll se it flickers too.

Mine does it too. Not every time. Did it with 9.3.1 as well. Probably just a minor bug. No big deal to me.

Try this:

1. Rotate to landscape and watch the flicker.
2. Pull down to trigger Search.
3. Initiate 3DTouch

The flicker is now gone.
It seems to be connected to the same bug that is causing the 3DTouch lag in landscape.

update from enginers it looks like they noted that it wouldn’t be a hardware issue and is instead considered a visual anomaly. They mentioned that it is somewhat expected to have visual anomalies sometimes when changing applications, orientation, and folders. I just tested on my own iPhone with the stock wallpaper and it looks like it has the same issue with iOS 9.3.2 and I had never noticed it before, but it does do the ‘blink’ so to speak on the dock when its changed.
