i have my 6s for 2 days now on ios 9.2. I notice that when i wake the phone the lockscreen doesnt pop up instantly.. It takes like 0.5 sec. It bothers me, because when I do it immidiately after again, it responses instantly. So, it seems like if i do not use the phone for 1 minute or more it takes a little longer to wake up...

I hope nothing is wrong with my 6s :( do others have this too?

More people who have my issue? Is it normal?
Yup normal. It's a software thing. It's been going on for a long time. Started up in iOS 8 for me. Sometimes there is a delay when you plug the charging cord in too before it chimes/vibrates and tells you it's charging if you do it when the phone is sleeping. I believe these two are closely related. Just something they haven't gotten around to fixing... So no don't worry this happens to everyone with any iPhone running iOS 8-9.2 at some point.

If you're seeing the issue everyday or every time, then you should worry. Keep in mind you ideally should be able to replicate the issue to Apple's eyes to get a new phone, but that's not a rule.

Well, the point is, it does happen every time when I havent used the phone for a few minutes or more. So, this is not good?

You should first try a DFU restore and start from scratch, no backups. That's what Apple would do. If the issue is still there, than take it to Apple.

What is a DFU restore? I have already tried restarting from scratch by going into the settings app on my phone and choosing Delete all files and reset all settings.

DFU restore is sort of the same thing, as you probably did not jailbreak your phone, so... Call Apple or take it to a Genius.
