The title says it all.

I installed the 1.1 software update to my 6th gen Nano and the result is a unresponsive iPod. I've tried several restores to no avail. I will try once again on a Mac when I get home (did the update at work on a Windows machine).

Any ideas?

Update:

I took the Nano to the Genius Bar and we discovered that the back light had been disabled after the update. Very odd. The "Genius" began to say it was because of exposure to sweat (um duh, it IS a Nano...iPod of choice for exercise). I began to state that it worked before the update, and stopped after the update, sweat or no sweat it worked until the update was applied.

The "Genius" had a change of heart and offered a new replacement that should be available to pick up at the store on Friday.

Short Rant
Because of the size & Nike+ feature, the Nano is the obvious choice for use while exercising. Why then is it still so vulnerable to moisture? If you target users who will expose their Nano's to sweat & other moisture, then why not make it more resistant to such?
