Looking at getting a 7,1 soon but wanting to hear reports of BootCamp/windows success.
Reading the support docs it appears you may have to pull the MPX modules and use a PC Card. This will not be an issue for me as I plan on pulling the MPX and using a Vega 64 or 5700xt full time anyway.
Would love to hear any feedback or issues.

If you’re going to use a PC Card, you _may_ have to pull the MPX module. But Boot Camp will work fine with an MPX module.

I’ve seen videos of people using an Nvidia card plus an MPX modules under Boot Camp. Worked fine, no issues.

Can add RTX2080ti? But , it can deliver signal to xdr display?

This could be the best of both worlds, assuming there are no issues in OSX, have a 2080 for windows gaming and MPX module for FCP video editing in OSX.

Does there exist some way to connect a monitor to both video cards and have it switch based on the currently booted OS? Particularly the XDR?

No, a monitor would have to be connected directly to the 2080ti in Windows.
Assuming you were not using a TB display, input both to the same monitor and switch between them using the monitor input selector. Hopefully there wouldn’t be issues during the option/boot menu when selecting BootCamp.
