iPhone 7.1 beta 3 phone call delay

running 7.1 beta 3 jailbroken iphone 5.

Anyone else having issues with a long delay when making calls? When making the call, "calling mobil" displays with a very long delay before the call actually connects. Sometimes up to 30 seconds. Didnt have the issue on 7.1 beta 2.
