MP 7,1 7,1 Not coming on, just a black screen with apple logo

This has happened to me a few times now, i've only had the computer 3 days!!! To say i'm disappointed is an understatement,

I power it up, and nothing! It just sits there with a black screen and a white apple logo in the middle. Does anyone know what the problem here is?
The first time it did it i took one of my PCIe cards out and moved it to another slot, then it came on. Its been coming on pretty much ok since then, i think it did it again once yesterday in a restart. So today i come in, and bang, its happened again. I've restarted twice now already and nothing.

Well it sounds like you’ve answered your own question by removing the PCIe card, what card is it?

All sorted. It was a USB cable from an access virus synth that was stopping it start.
