Just plug the 6900XT in the 7.1 as your limited on TB-3 or TB-4 to 40 GBPS it will be much faster if used in the 7.1
When TB-5 comes out next year it will offer double the bandwidth to 80 GBPS but thats iff you can buy a TB-5 card that fits in a 7.1

Thanks, I understand that and I already have been doing it. But I was wondering since I also wanted to use my 6900XT on my Windows laptop separately as I didn't want to keep taking the card in and out from 7,1. So can I just connect my USB-C port to Razer Core X via USB-C to USB-C and it should detect as an external GPU? Also if I don't have any AMD GPU inside my 7,1 would it still detect Razer Core X and be able to output the screen to my monitors?

You can use the razor core on a laptop with USB-C , I use one on a Mac mini 2018. Sorry to say i have no idea if the 7.1 will just output via TB with no other GFX card installed, what card came with your 7.1 originally? cant you plug that back into the 7.1 and still use the razor core via USB-C.

Yeah, definitely I do have W5700X which I can use for sure. But I was just wondering if above was still possible, but I guess I'll try it out myself and report here :)
