Every now and then when I launch the camera .. it opens but then there is like a 15-20 sec delay before I can take a picture. This happens on the replacement phone they gave me and also on every version of iOS 10. Also I set the phone each time as new and it still happens. Anyone else having this issue?

i also having trouble of camera issue my iPhone 7+ - but i tried given steps and easily get rid of on issue.
- Close camera app from app switcher iPhone screen
- Check for enough storage space for save photo
- Restart or Reboot iPhone

Today, I tried to take a quick photo after using my DSL to take a good picture and while pinching to zoom, the camera locked up.
Previous photos all came out grainy. I have read that has to do with lighting, I am not convinced as every single picture taken on my DSL from the same spot came out just fine...without flash. Very frustrating.
