Hey guys

on the 2009 iMacs you were limited to a 720p resolution when you for example plugged your Ps3 to the iMac, even though the connector could show 1080p.

Does anyone know if this is still the case on the new iMacs?
Oh yeah, and this is only possible to do on the 27" models, since they have video input.

Thank you :)

Man i think they can work on a firmware to increase 720p to 1080p input, yea some ppl says that its the same on a 27inch monitor but im a maniac and if the maximun support for the ps3 is 1080p i want the monitor with 1080p got me?

Almost all ps3 games are native 720p so it shouldn't really be a problem.

Man that converter box he reviewed and has is like 300.00 bucks WOW:eek:.....Dont have the cheese to get one of those...

So the cheaper options are what things like the belkin adapter?
