$780 CDN good price for MacBook Air (2nd Gen)

There is a local seller who is asking $780 for his slightly dented (top left of the lid) 2nd generation Air. He says that everything works perfectly.

I think $780, even for the low-end, 1.6Ghz 120GB HDD model is a good deal - those still sell for ~$1200 when they show up on the Apple Refurb Site.
