iPod 7th gen voice over music

I have songs and audio books on my iPod. i mostly listen to my songs on shuffle but at least once a day i get a voice over the songs reciting all the chapters of my audio books the only way i have found to stop this is to unplug the headphones,when i look on the screen there is only a picture of the album,is there a setting to stop this as over the last couple of months it has got more frequent
