Hi folks,

I'm a Macbook repairman, with a customer's Macbook A1398 (16GB version) 820-3332. I've ran into a bummer of an issue after reballing GPU. Now the OSX loads half way and doesn't do anything. I ran ASD and it's come back with the following error message :

Short Random Multi-Block Failed.
SSD is fine, I have tried in another machine.

Machine did used to enter the OSX before but graphics had the issue.

I know it's something to do with the CPU circuit, as I've checked against schematics and boardview.

Does anybody have an electronic board repair solution ?

This is not a software or OSX issue.

Your help is very much appreciated.
