85C safe for X5690?

usually I have at running 35-40 idle, then I notice my Hardware monitor alerting me my temp is over 85C when running video encoding program.
Of course the temp came down after I am done with encoding.

My question is: is 85C OK for X5690?

Intel spec says max temp 78.5?

Thanks for that - I did *not* know that the X5690 had a slightly higher max tcase spec than the W3690 - I've just assumed temp-specwise they were the same.
