I am planning on buying a Macpro sometime around this spring. I have two 21 inch Gateway monitors (1650X1080 res) I was wondering if anyone knows if by then with the newest macpro update if Apple will be replacing the high end cards like the X1900XTX with cards such as these?

Also, I did some searching but couldnt fine anything about updated processing speeds on the Xeon processors. Does anyone know of any links about Intel increasing the speeds on the duel cores? I am under the impression that as Quad Cores are released Duel Cores will remain (I would rather have two duel core 3 ghz or higher processors than 2 four core processors at 2.66, what need do I have for 8 cores?)

Thanks

That's the only thing missing from the Macpro, is a good range of GPU's. I dont think it'll be long............... i hope!
