Depends on the currency. If it's USD, I'd say it's good. I paid more for mine used recently.

It's a decent price as long as the modules are correct (DDR2 667MHz ECC FB-DIMM with Apple-specific heatsinks). Generally, an 8GB (4x2GB) kit runs closer to $150 new.

Yep that's it I already made the mistake of buying the 4,1 ram and now am stuck with it I'm trying to sell it -_-
