I'm running 9.0.1, but my iPhone 6 is telling me that I'm fully up to date. Any idea what I should do?

Download iTunes and connect your iPhone by cable to the computer?

ur dns servers have slow propagation time, change dns servers, reboot, or use itunes, or wait longer
